During the production process, the inspector needs to spot check the dimensions and appearance of parts every hour. Producers need to inspect parts from time to time to ensure the stability of production quality.

After production, the parts need to be cleaned to remove the brass chips on the surface to ensure that the parts are clean and free of burrs.

After cleaning, conduct appearance inspection on all parts to prevent the outflow of semi-finished products and defective products.

After inspection, count the quantity of parts and pack them out of the warehouse.
